Have you ever run into someone from your past? I have a friend that I went to school with in 1979 at North High in Torrance, CA. We had not spoken in many years. We both grew up in Torrance and I now live in So. OC. One day while walking into Albertsons..I hear "Marian!" It was my friend Debbie from Torrance, who now also lives in So. OC. Ok, I don't even run into the people that I have been going to church with for 15 years on the street, but I ran into Debbie that particular day when I went grocery shopping. Were the planets all aligned just right. What if I had decided to go an hour later. I never would have seen Debbie or have learned that she lives 5 minutes from me!

Dave's message today was about God talking to us. How He talks to us. How he connects us. How everything has to be laid just right for our paths to cross those of others.

Do you feel that you are not connecting with God? Think again. He is always there, he is always placing people in your path for you to connect with. He speaks to us in so many ways. Do we quiet our lives enough to hear or see the touches He adds to our lives?
